Hi friends!  This personal blog (“Blog”), http://sprinkledsunshine.com is owned and operated by me (Ashley Gorman).  If you are reading this now – thank you for stopping by!  This will likely be the most “dry” page that you visit on my site, but nevertheless I feel that is a very important one.  My goal is to be as transparent and real with you all as I can be so in case you didn’t already know –I am not a professional when it comes to this, not even close!  If I ever appear to be an expert, know that I am not and I am strictly speaking from my own experiences.  I run this Blog as a hobby, a creative outlet to express myself, and to engage with others.  This Blog is constructed with thoughts and opinions of my own and is not in any way associated or in connection with any other organization that I have a professional working relationship with.  The content that I post is accurate and true to the best of my knowledge, but there may be omissions, errors or mistakes for which I will not held liable for.  Please contact me at ashley@sprinkledsunshine.com to inform me of any issues that you may come across or to touchbase with me on anything else that you may have questions or concerns about.  I will make reasonable efforts to resolve these if I find that there is a need.

Affiliates:

I have voluntarily chosen to work with certain affiliate organizations (“Affiliates”) to bring additional content to this Blog.  The Affiliates that I have chosen to work with include ShopStyle Collective, Amazon, Target, and Bluchic.  I utilize Affiliate links for products and services that I genuinely like.  I clearly identify when I utilize Affiliate links so that you are aware what you may be clicking on.  As an Amazon Associate and as a blogger who works with other Affiliate organizations, I earn a commission from qualifying purchases made from clicks on Affiliate links.  Additionally, there are often times that I will use hyperlinks on the Blog that are not Affiliate links.

Data Collection:

You voluntarily have the option to opt into Some Saturday Sunshine (“Mailing List”) in which your first name, last name, birthday, and email address may be collected.  This information is collected in an effort to provide you with the best user experience that I can when it comes to this Blog.  Should this Blog cease to exist, I will use reasonable efforts to eliminate information collected and stored for the purposes of generating the Mailing List.  Again, this is completely voluntary and you have the option to opt out of the Mailing List at anytime via an “unsubscribe from this list” link in the footer of any mailing that I send to you.  I utilize MailChimp to assist with my Mailing List.  MailChimp’s Privacy Policy can be viewed here and their Terms of Use can be viewed here.

You voluntarily also have the option to leave comments on Blog posts.  When you choose to leave a comment on a Blog post, the data shown in the comments form is collected as well as your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam protection.  An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service Privacy Policy is available here.  After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
