Hot summer days call for cool refreshing drinks. On occasion, said drinks need a lil’ somethin’ somethin’. Enter the Peach Summer Sangria Spritzer. Being out in 90 degree weather the last 3 days for extended periods of time, I felt that I “deserved” a refresher…I’m willing to bet that you do too! When we were in St. Louis over the 4th of July I ordered a Peach Solstice Sangria at Landry’s Seafood Restaurant and it was an absolute delight. Reading through the ingredient list I told Ben that I could make it at home -so here we are today with my rendition of it.

Simple as that ladies and gentleman. I’m keeping this post short and sweet. Not long ago I found myself in a conversation with people who were discussing how annoyed they get when reading recipe blog posts that drag on without getting to the directions quick enough. Thinking about it later on, I had to agree. So, going forward, I’m going to try hard to find a balance with my recipe posts keeping this in mind. I hope that you all find that helpful!
